Terms and Conditions: Ideal World Daily Prize Draw
1. The Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Shop TJC Ltd, trading as Ideal World ("The Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of Shop TJC Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw are not permitted to enter.
2.3. To be eligible for the draw, entrants must have made a purchase from Ideal World on the specific day of the draw they are entering.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The promotional prize draws will take place on the following dates:
- Tuesday 26th May 2026
- Wednesday 27th May 2026
- Thursday 28th May 2026
3.2. To enter, eligible customers must complete and submit the prize draw entry form via the following link: https://iw-prizedraw.netlify.app/.
3.3. All entries must be received by 9:00 PM (21:00) on the day of the qualifying purchase. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3.4. Only one entry per person, per day is permitted.
4. Winner Selection and Announcement
4.1. At 9:00 PM on each promotional day, one winner will be chosen by random selection from all valid entries received that day.
4.2. The winner will be announced and displayed live on-air on the Ideal World broadcast shortly after the draw.
5. The Prize
5.1. The prize for each daily draw will be advertised on-air on the day of the promotion.
5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value without notice, subject to change and availability.
5.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
6.1. In addition to the live on-air announcement, the winner will be contacted directly by the Shop TJC Ltd Customer Service Team to verify their details and arrange delivery.
6.2. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days of the initial contact attempt, or fails to pass verification checks, The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner chosen at random from the remaining valid entries for that day.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1. By entering the prize draw, customers explicitly consent to their Christian name (first name) and their place of residence (town/county) being displayed live on television and in related promotional materials.
7.2. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. General
8.1. The decision of Shop TJC Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.3. By submitting an entry, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
